ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1) (a) of the Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and 506 (i) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, CSR.No.192 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 29.06.2019 and as on date no case is pending against the petitioner herein.
