This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.195 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent herein.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner to compromise the matter with the accused and to withdraw the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent police never compelled the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. Further, he submits that the case was registered only on 09.06.2024 and a civil suit is also pending between the parties.
4. Since this petition is filed on the ground that the respondent police is compelling the petitioner to withdraw the complaint and the respondent police has denied the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
