2. It is not in dispute that the respondent had filed I.A.No.1 of 2024 seeking leave of the Court to present the main petition, since the same had been instituted within one year from the date of marriage, and for taking the petition for divorce on file. The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the said proceedings.

3. Even according to both parties, the marriage between them was solemnized on 02.06.2024. In view of the lapse of one year from the date of marriage, I.A.No.1 of 2024 has become infructuous. Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 4.In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
