PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur expeditiously to dispose the case in D.V.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Ganesh Prabu 1/4

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur expeditiously to dispose the case in D.V.C.No.14 of 2019.

2. It is informed that the case in D.V.C.No.14 of 2019 is adjourned from time to time under the caption "for orders" since 01.07.2022. The extract of e-Court also confirms the same.

3. Considering the above, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose of D.V.C.No.4 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
