Heard both sides.
2.By consent, the main Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondent. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that an order may be passed by this Court in directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.03.2016, within a time frame fixed by this Court. In this connection, it is to be pointed out that the petitioner had preferred an appeal dated 17.03.2016 before the respondent, saying nearly 19 persons as respondents. The said appeal relates to the removal of names of concerned persons mentioned in the last paragraph of the appeal.
4.In view of the fact that there are nearly 18 individual respondents in the appeal preferred by the petitioner and the 19th respondent in the appeal being an official namely, Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi, this Court at this stage, without expressing any opinion / merits on the pending appeal preferred by the petitioner, in the interest of justice, directs the respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and to dispose of the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
copy of this order.
