The second respondent is the defacto complainant in Crime No.85 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offence under Sections 294(b), 354 A, 342, 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, to quash the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.
2.The second respondent present in person before this Court. She stated that she has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR and that the matter has been amicably settled. I am therefore of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
view that no purpose will be served by keeping the FIR alive. Hence, the impugned FIR stands quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
