ORDER

This Court by order dated 31.07.2024, directed the petitioner to be ready with the amount of arrears by way of DD in the name of the first respondent.

2.However, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in compliance to the same, the petitioner has paid only a sum of Rs.1,27,500/-. However, he is not continuing to pay Rs.9,000/- as monthly maintenance towards the respondents in compliance to the said order.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as non compliance. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
