Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no objection for considering the petitioner's request.

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to survey the petition mentioned land, conclude the entire excise and issue proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
