ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 herein from filling the post of Headmaster, Panchayat Union Middle School, Idaiseval, Kovilpatti Union, Tuticorin District in the proposed General Transfer Counseling for the year 2019-2010.

2. Mrs.S. Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 26.06.2019 in W.P(MD).No.13000 of 2019, the respondents have to take a decision with regard to reversion of the petitioner from the post of Headmaster to the post of B.T. Assistant and pass appropriate orders. In view of the aforesaid fact, the said place viz., Panchayat Union Middle School, Idaivasal, Kovilpatti Union, Tuticorin District, is also shown in the General Transfer Counseling. If any Teacher / Headmaster is posted in the aforestated place, the Department will inform the concerned Headmaster that his/her selection in the said place will be subject to the final decision to be taken by the authorities as directed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.13000 of 2019, dated 26.06.2019.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondents are permitted to proceed with the counseling insofar as the aforesaid place is concerned, but, shall not issue the posting order till the final decision to be taken by them as per the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.13000 of 2019, dated 26.06.2019.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
