P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent herein in GO.Ms.No.238 (School Education (PaKa6(1)) Department) dated 13.11.2018 and the consequential staff fixation issued by the 3rd respondent CEO vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11042/E1/2018 dated 02.01.2019 insofar as rendering 1 post of BT Assistant (Tamil), 1 post of Office Assistant, 1 post of Record Clerk, as surplus and the subsequent proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No.3370/E1/2019 dated 03.04.2019 and the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1398/A3/2018 dated 20.05.2019, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to re-fix the staff fixation of the petitioner-school by retaining all the existing teaching and non-teaching posts and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve forthwith the appointment of M.Ganesh Kumar as Office Assistant in the petitioner-school from 15.03.2019 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits.
