ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8577 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed condition that ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. Until further orders''. He further submits that the petitioner is a coolie and he is the bread winner of family members and he is suffering economically. The petitioner complied the conditions imposed by this court for the past 12 days without fail. Hence, he prays to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 12 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8577 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for 2/4
