ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.286 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is seen that the absconding charge has been filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.286 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
