ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6401, dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for nearly 55 days and the petitioner is having 3 previous cases, which are similar in nature.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6401, dated 07.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
