This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner/appellant to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order in R.C.A.No.69 of 2018, dated 27.08.2020 and the fair and decreetal order in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2017 dated 28.02.2018, passed by Rent Control Authority (District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk) and to set aside the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he came to understand that the matter has been settled in the Lok Adalat before the lower Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this regard.
