PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the respondent through his proceedings dated 21.05.2023 vide P.R.No.38/2023 issued under u/r 3(a) of TamilNadu Police Subordinate Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent not to pass an any adverse order based on the petitioner representation dated 06.06.2023.

The petitioner, who is working as Grade II Constable has filed this writ petition, challenging the charge memo issued as against her.

2.Today(02.02.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against this petitioner itself has been concluded and punishment of ''black mark'' was awarded by a proceedings of the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District, in C.No.F2/PR.38/0023, dated 30.09.2023. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed.
