O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on his representation, dated 02.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the third respondent given a complaint against this petitioner and her husband stating that she has received a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- from the third respondent on promising to get a job, but, later, failed to do the same. He would further submit that now the respondents police are going to register a FIR against this petitioner and her husband.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un necessary.
