PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 08.05.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8577 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8577 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed condition that ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. Until further orders''. He further submits that the petitioner is working in Indian Army and due to the war situation in the Indian Border he went to his workplace on 10.05.2025, so that, he was unable to report before the respondent police. Hence, he prays to modify the said conditions imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is working in Indian Army and due to the war situation in the Indian Border he went to his workplace on 10.05.2025, so that, he was unable to report before the respondent police.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8577 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, is modified as ''the 2/4

petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation''.
