This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by first respondent in Na.Ka.No.15347/Aa3/2023-2 dated 14.05.2024 and to direct the first respondent to issue appointment order to the petitioner and other monitory benefits to the petitioner for the posts of combined civil services Examination-IV (Group-IV) services for the year 2022 through a notification No.07/2022 dated 30.03.2022 or direct the third respondent to allot the new department for the petitioner within the stipulated time period. 2.Heard Mr.G.Sakthi Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate for the first and second respondents and Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.The petitioner had applied for Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group IV) and succeeded in the process of selection. He was also issued with allotment order. But, the petitioner was not given with any appointment order. Hence, the petitioner along with other similarly selected candidates has submitted a representation dated 23.11.2023. On considering the same, the first respondent has issued the present impugned order. 4.In the impugned order, it has been stated that the appointment order cannot be issued in view of the pending litigation before the Principal Seat of this Court relating to the ratio to be fixed in the inter se seniority between the incumbents for the promotion to the post of Junior Assistant in W.P.No.25637 of 2023.
Further, it is stated in the impugned order that no vacancies are available in the post of Typist. Therefore, even if the appointment order is released to the petitioner and also to the other similarly placed candidates, it will be difficult to accommodate them in post of Typist. 5.
