PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNS, 2023 PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon this petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 6169 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, on all working days at 10.30 a,m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6169, dated 03.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for nearly 27 days and the petitioner is having 15 previous cases.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6169, dated 03.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar at 2/3
