Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 354-A, 294 (b), 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(w)(i) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Crime No.70 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein is arraigned as A1. There are two accused in this case. A1 is said to have been misbehaved with the defacto complainant. When the husband of the defacto complainant questioned the same, the petitioner herein has abused him with filthy language and by using caste name.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has stated that this is the third anticipatory bail petition and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, since, there is a specific overt act against the petitioner herein.
