O R D E R
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. But then, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the third respondent has given a cheating complaint against the petitioner. In view of that the petitioner has been summoned for enquiry.
2.This Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent as and when he summons for enquiry. As on date no FIR was registered. If the second respondent registers the FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be give breathing time of one week time to move the jurisdictional Court for getting anticipatory bail.
3.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
