ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) 20 (b)(ii)(c) and 27(A) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1181 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The matter was taken up for hearing on 24.10.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it was posted on 01.11.2018. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed as non prosecution.
