PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar to complete the trial in O.S.No.21 of 2021 within the stipulated time.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2021.

2. The petitioner is the fifth defendant in O.S.No.90 of 2020 before the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur. The said suit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 39 herein.

3. The specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property and the petitioner has sold the portion of the land to the defendants 6 and 7 in the suit and that the defendants 6 and 7 have filed their written statement. It is the further case of the petitioner that the defendants 1 to 4 are the family members of the plaintiffs and they are sailing along with the plaintiffs.

In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order subject to service of summons on all the defendants and written statement filed within time in accordance with the provisions of C.P.C. No costs.
