2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition since it is only a representation delay. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 1120 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
