This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue transfer orders for excess teacher after fixing the teacher-students ratio for the academic year 2017-2018 during the third term holidays from May 1st to 31st as per norms prescribed for general transfers in G.O.No.256 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

School Education [SE 5(1)] Department dated 19.04.2017 within the same district after conducting counseling by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2017. 2.Heard Mr.S.Srimathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that by proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.6447/A2/2017 dated 15.11.2017, an order has been passed. 4.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 15.11.2017. It is made clear that all the contentions of the petitioner are left open to be agitated in appropriate proceedings.
