ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 342, 355, 506(ii) I.P.C r/w 3(1)(x) SC/ST Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, Thanjavur District. Therefore, NonBailable Warrant came to be issued on 15.02.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, Thanjavur District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Judge is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
