ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that to direct the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.25000/- under the head of Cr.No.275 of 2018 of Kalakad Police Station and the said amount has to be kept in Crl.C.D. to be decided in trial in Cr.M.P.No.4747 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard Mr.M.Prabu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in paragraph-5(b) of the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Tirunelveli is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand only] under the head of Cr.No.275 of 2018 of Kalakad Police Station and the said amount has to be kept in Crl.C.D. to be decided in trial. The other conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.4747 of 2018, dated 27.08.2018 remains unchanged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
