ORDER

The learned counsel for the second respondent informed the Court that the Special General Body meeting proposed to be convened to be conducted on 01.07.2024 has been cancelled. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to move this Court again, if the cause of action again crops up. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
