(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter, by name, Kaleeswari, aged about 21 years, found missing, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted since the petitioner arranging marriage for the detenue, she left the house. Now, the investigation reveals that she is working at Chennai, in a private company and she has also contacted the petitioner and assured him that she will return during Deepavali.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1238 of 2021 adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
