Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.1 to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.185 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024 from the file of the 3rd respondent to some other agency. ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 13.06.2024 against the 4th respondent. Since the 3rd respondent has not acted upon the said complaint, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking transfer of investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to some other agency.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that on the petitioner's complaint, a case has now been registered in Crime No.147 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 2/4

505(2), 504, 295A and 153A IPC and the 4th respondent was also arrested on 07.07.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that the alleged photos are still in the face book page.

4. In view of the said submission, the respondents Police are directed to take necessary steps to remove the objectionable photos from the face book.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
