ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fourth respondent from laying any road in the Patta land belonging to the petitioner, by considering the representation made by him on 18.08.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the instructions received from the fourth respondent submitted that there was no intention to lay a road in the Patta land belonging to the petitioner and that road will be laid only in the adjacent property without interfering with the Patta land belonging to the petitioner.
