Respondents/Respondents/Defendants Prayer :- The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 ® r/w Section 108 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the order passed in I.A.No. 3 of 2019 in O.S.No. 91 of 2019 dated 26.02.2021 by the learned Principal District Court, Theni and allow this appeal.

ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier orders dated 17.03.2023, 03.08.2023 passed by this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Theni vide letter in D.No.246, dated 19.01.2024, this Court made the following order By judgment, dated 17.03.2023, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.

2.Considering the letter, dated 20.07.2023, this Court has already granted extension of time for five months. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.246, dated 19.01.2024, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the judgment, dated 17.03.2023.
