Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second and third respondents from interfering in the money dispute between the petitioner's father and the fourth respondent by way of conducting Kattapanchayat, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2021.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed forbearing the second and third respondents from interfering in the money dispute between the petitioner's father and the fourth respondent by way of conducting Kattapanchayat, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2021.
2. On earlier occasion, i.e., on 25.08.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.08.2021, it was observed that since there was a money dispute between petitioner and the fourth respondent herein, a direction was issued to the third respondent to close the enquiry by advising the parties to work out their remedy before proper civil forum.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) circulated the copy of the closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.15240 of 2021 report, wherein, it has been stated that with regard to the money dispute, they were advised to work out their remedy through proper civil proceedings and based upon which, the complaint has been closed on 23.09.2021.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy before the civil forum. No costs.
