This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.217/2023 and file the final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, on 07.11.2023 in efiling.No.C202300030. However, the same is not taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to respondent police to ensure that the final report is taken on file within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
