ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that there is an obstruction in the pathway in the road in S.No.65/6B of Nallur Village, Pudukottai District has submitted a representation to the respondents on 06.06.2023 and filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the said obstruction.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed on 26.06.2023 stating that there is no obstruction as alleged by the petitioner and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and with liberty to challenge order dated 26.06.2023 passed by the Tahsildar. 3/5

3.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tahsidlar, dated 26.06.2023 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
