PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2017 and to file final report in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.5 of 2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2017 is pending from 2017 onwards without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor prays two months time for filing Final Report.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.5 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
