ORDER
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to the following effect: "It is respectfully submitted, the revision petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the C.R.P. with a liberty to restrict the respondents 1 to 3 to examine Abimanan as a third party and not as a power of attorney of the 2nd defendant and not to fill up any lacuna."
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
