ORDER

The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India takes notice on behalf of the respondent. The petitioner had issued a communication to the respondent on 20.04.2023. A reply must be given to the said letter issued by the petitioner herein.

2. It is however stated that C.C.No.27 of 2018 is now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai. The next hearing date is 21.11.2023 and the petitioner is one of the accused therein. The petitioner is also the second accused therein. A civil suit in O.S.No.21 of 2018 is also pending before the learned Additional District Court, Tenkasi.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to reply to the representation given by the petitioner and the said reply must be given within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
