PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 482 of BNSS. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.490 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by an order dated 13.06.2025, has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions till 03.07.2025, and pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioners surrendered before the trial Court, executed the bond, and have complied with the conditions imposed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the issue pertains to a family dispute and that no one sustained any injuries due to the incident. He further submitted that there are no previous cases registered against the petitioners and that they have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the fact that the issue pertains to a family dispute, and that no one sustained any injuries, and that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, the 2/4

interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners by this Court is made absolute, and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
