ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that her son is preventing her from entering into her house.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 submits that they are not preventing the petitioner from entering into her house. He admits that the petitioner is the owner of the property and they are not creating any problem with the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though it is represented that they are not creating any problem, they are preventing the petitioner from entering into her house. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a criminal case has already been registered as against the respondents 3 & 4 in Cr.No.303 of 2025 for the offence under Section 305 BNS.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner, as prayed for. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed.
