When this Court expressed its view that the present writ petition is not maintainable in view of the earlier writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.16298 of 2016 filed by the petitioner herein for the very same cause of action and the order dated 31.08.2016 passed therein, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
