PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6623 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6623 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received the order copy only on 13.05.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner could not able to mobilize fund to deposit a sum of Rs.65,000/- to the credit of Crime No.117 of 2025, as imposed by this Court by an order dated 09.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.6623 of 2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, another period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
