ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and earmark the four boundaries in respect of the property in Survey No.31/29 to an extent of 0.0053 sq.mt situated at Perunazhi Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.11.2022.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was assigned in her favour by proceedings of the Tahsildar, dated 19.07.2021. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 29.11.2022, seeking a survey of the subject property, which has not been considered. Hence, she has approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed any proper online application for surveying the property. If the petitioner submits a proper application, her request will be considered.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a proper online application and produce the acknowledgment for submission of the online application before the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon production of such acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's application and pass final orders on merits within a further period of two months thereafter, after issuing due notice to the petitioner, the neighbouring landowners, and any other interested parties.
