O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli to consider the recall warrant application filed by the petitioner on same day on merits in D.V.C.No.90 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The earned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court had earlier passed a conditional order directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent; however, the petitioner failed to comply with the said direction and is now facing recall warrant proceedings. It was further submitted that, in order to avail one more opportunity, the petitioner is willing to deposit a total sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the respondent. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions made and the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. Thereafter, the petitioner shall pay the remaining sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent within one month thereafter. Further, the learned Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to consider the petition for recall of warrant in accordance with law.
