Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARTHANAN.P.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition in 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9518 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023 in FIR in Crime No.77 of 2023 registered on the file of the respondent police.
