This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accord due police protection to the petitioner for fencing his property in S.Nos. 51,52/1 and 52/2 measuring Acre 15.88 cents, Kalangudieruppu, Udangudi, Thoothukudi District, as sought vide representation dated 13.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.08.2021. The same is recorded.
