PRAYER :-This petitioner has been filed under Section 483(1)(B) of Cr.PC., to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.811 of 2026 and Crl.M.P.No.814 of 2026 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai dated 20.04.2026 so far as the imposition of condition to the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.811 of 2026 and Crl.M.P.No.814 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., for a period of 30 days. He would further submit that the due to ill health the petitioners were unable to comply with the conditions and further the respondent police also threatened the petitioners, thereby the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have complied with the condition only for 10 days and thereby he objected to modify the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the ill health of the petitioner, the condition imposed 2/4
by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 20 days.
