O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of her representation dated 20.09.2022.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the property situated in S.Nos.257/9, 257/5 and 257/4 in Manalur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Kumbakonam Division, Thanjavur District is her ancestral properties and patta for the same originally stood in the name of petitioner's father Dhandapani in patta No.274. Later, the names of four persons viz., Arunachalam, Rajkumar, Ravichandran and Siva Sankaran were added in the patta for the subject property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 20.09.2022, seeking deletion of the names of newly added persons and issuance of patta in the name of petitioner, who is the 2/4

daughter of the above mentioned Dhandapani. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the above mentioned persons viz., Arunachalam, Rajkumar, Ravichandran and Siva Sankaran and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
