Ramanathapuram District and by Judgment dated 16.09.2025 pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in Sessions Case No. 20/2020 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District dated 16.09.2025 and to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioners had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.19173 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 04.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused persons are inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
