Assistant (Maths) under re-employment in the fourth respondent School till the end of the academic year 2019-2020 (i.e., upto 31.05.2020) with all attendant benefits, considering the petitioner's Memorandum, dated 02.05.2019 together with the recommendation of the fourth respondent Headmaster to the second respondent Chief Educational Officer, dated 02.05.2019. ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted to continue in service as B.T. Assistant (Maths) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under re-employment in the fourth respondent School from 01.07.2019 to 31.05.2020, by the second respondent, vide his proceedings dated 11.07.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 11.07.2019.

2.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 11.07.2019, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
